About Nurdic
Connecting International Healthcare Talent with Opportunities in Norway
Nurdic is a healthcare recruitment company connecting qualified international nurses and healthcare professionals with employment opportunities in Norway.
Our purpose is to make international recruitment more structured, transparent and human. We support candidates through the preparations required for working in Norway and help employers identify healthcare professionals whose qualifications, experience and ambitions match their needs.
We believe successful recruitment is about more than filling a position. It requires professional understanding, cultural awareness, careful preparation and trust between the candidate, the employer and the recruitment partner.
Why We Founded Nurdic
Norway needs qualified healthcare professionals, while many talented candidates around the world are looking for opportunities to develop their careers and build a future in Norway.
However, the journey can be complex. Candidates may need support with documentation, Norwegian authorisation requirements, language expectations, professional preparation and understanding the Norwegian employment market. Employers also need a reliable process for identifying candidates who are qualified, prepared and genuinely motivated.
Nurdic was created to bridge this gap.
We combine personal guidance, international experience, healthcare knowledge and technology-supported matching to create a clearer journey for candidates and a more reliable recruitment process for employers.

Two Countries – Two Perspectives – One Shared Purpose
Nurdic is shaped by the complementary backgrounds of its two key team members.
Cecilie contributes Norwegian market knowledge, international business experience, strategic partnerships and relationships with employers.
Noah contributes healthcare expertise, nursing education, international leadership experience, candidate relations and a cross-cultural perspective shaped by his Turkish background and professional experience abroad.
Together, they bridge the distance between international healthcare talent and Norwegian healthcare employers.
This combination enables Nurdic to understand both sides of the recruitment journey: what candidates need to become prepared and what employers need to make confident hiring decisions.
Human Expertise Supported by Technology
Technology can make recruitment more efficient, but it should not replace human understanding.
Nurdic is developing a structured recruitment process supported by digital tools and AI-assisted matching. The technology helps us organise candidate information and compare relevant factors such as:
Education and professional qualifications
Healthcare authorisation status
Clinical experience
Language level
Documentation readiness
Professional interests
Preferred location
Employer requirements
Career goals and motivation
Technology supports the process, while people remain responsible for professional assessment, communication and final decisions.
Our goal is to combine the efficiency of technology with the trust and care of personal follow-up.

We will communicate clearly about requirements, opportunities and next steps. We will not promise candidates employment, authorisation or immigration approval. These decisions belong to employers and the relevant Norwegian authorities.
What we can promise is a structured process, realistic guidance and genuine commitment to helping qualified healthcare professionals move forward.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a trusted international recruitment platform that makes it easier for qualified healthcare professionals to prepare for opportunities in Norway and easier for Norwegian employers to access relevant international talent.
