This document explains the terms governing access to and use of the Nurdic website and recruitment services. By using our website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nurdic website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Our Services

Nurdic provides recruitment, candidate registration, career guidance and related services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, registration does not create an employment relationship between Nurdic and the candidate.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee interviews, offers, visas, authorisation or employment. Recruitment decisions are made by employers.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information, documentation and qualifications submitted to Nurdic are accurate, complete and up to date.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers remain responsible for their own recruitment decisions, employment contracts, immigration compliance, licensing requirements and workplace obligations.

6. Optional Paid Services

Nurdic may offer optional career preparation services such as CV reviews, interview coaching, guidance on authorisation and documentation. These services are entirely optional and are not required to register or participate in recruitment.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, text and materials are owned by Nurdic or its licensors unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, upload unlawful material, interfere with website security or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

9. Third-Party Services

The website may integrate services provided by Squarespace, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Stripe, LinkedIn and other trusted providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurdic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, recruitment outcomes or third-party decisions.

11. Changes to Services

Nurdic may modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time without prior notice where appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway unless mandatory law in another jurisdiction applies.
