This policy applies to all candidates who create a profile, submit an application, upload a CV or otherwise engage with Nurdic's recruitment services.
2. Candidate Journey
Your information may be processed during registration, document review, screening, interviews, employer introductions, recruitment, placement and post-placement follow-up.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect your contact details, CV, education, employment history, licences, certifications, language skills, references, right-to-work documentation and communications with Nurdic.
4. Why We Process Your Information
Your information is processed to assess qualifications, identify suitable employment opportunities, communicate with you, introduce you to employers (where appropriate), comply with legal obligations and improve our recruitment services.
5. Optional Career Services
Nurdic may offer optional paid career preparation services such as CV reviews, interview preparation or guidance on authorisation and documentation. Purchasing these services is entirely optional and does not affect your eligibility to register or be considered for recruitment opportunities.
6. Sharing with Employers
We only share your profile with employers when there is a legitimate recruitment purpose. Sensitive information is handled carefully and only disclosed where appropriate and lawful.

Nurdic uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect candidate information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
8. Data Retention
We retain candidate information only for as long as necessary for recruitment, legal compliance and legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion where applicable under the GDPR.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable or object to certain processing activities.
